Pattern:
Starting at bottom ribbing, ch 5. Row 1: Sl st in 2nd ch from hook and in ea ch across: 4 sl st made. Rows 2-66: Ch 1, turn, sl st in blo only in ea sl st across: 4 sl st made. Row 67: Ch 1, turn, sl first and last row together: 4 sl st made. Round 1: Begin working in rounds. Ch 1, sc along sides of stitches evenly across, join with a sl st to first sc: 70 sc made. Rounds 2-16: Ch 1, turn, sc in ea sc around, join with a sl st to first sc: 70 sc made. Front (separating body, worked flat): Row 1: Ch 1, turn, sc in first sc, sc in next 34 sc. Leave rest of the stitches unworked: 35 sc made. Rows 2-4: Ch 1, turn, sc in first sc, sc in next 34 sc: 35 sc made. Row 5: Ch 1, turn, sc in first sc, sc in next 14 sc. Leave rest of stitches unworked: 15 sc made. Row 6: Ch 1, turn, sc in first sc, sk next sc, sc in next 11 sc, sk next sc, sc in last sc: 13 sc made. Rows 7-14: Ch 1, turn, sc in first sc, sc in ea sc across: 13 sc made. Row 15: Ch 1, turn, sc in first sc, sk next sc, sc in next 9 sc, sk next sc, sc in last sc: 11 sc made. Row 16: Ch 1, turn, sc in first sc, sc in ea sc across: 11 sc made. End off. 1 yarn with a sl st to row 5, leaving middle 5 sc unworked, repeating rows 5-1
Back:
Rep directions as for front, joining yarn to round 16. Sew shoulder seams (designer slip stitched together).
Sleeve Edging:
Join yarn with a sl st to any sc on edge of sleeve, and sc evenly around, join with a sl st to first sC: approximately 28 sc made. End off. Repeat for other sleeve.
Neck Edging:
Join yarn with a sl st to any sc on edge of neck opening, and sc evenly around, skipping stitches at each corner of neck shaping, join with a sl st to first sc: approximately 42 sc made. End off. Weave in ends. Give to a girl who will love it! Feel free to make as many of these as you like for local craft fairs/auctions/raffles/bazaars, but please do not sellfinished items online.
