Leg

Cast on 64 stitches. Divide stitches evenly on 4 needles. The leg starts with $\ast_{\mathrm{kl}}$ tbl, $\mathrm{p}1^{*}$ pattern. Repeat for 12 rows. On the row before starting the pattern, knit a preparation row: on $3^{\mathrm{rd}}$ needle, knit $8^{\mathrm{th}}$ trough the front and the back, purl next stitch, next knit through front and back, next stitch purl and next stitch through front and back. Continue in $^{*1}\mathrm{k}1$ tbl, $\mathrm{p}1^{*}$ to the end of the row. On next row of $^{*1}\mathrm{kl}$ tbl, $\mathsf{p}1^{*}$ , start the pattern according to the graph on $3^{\mathrm{rd}}$ needle $8^{\mathrm{th}}$ stitch. Contiue the pattern on these stitches until you reach toe and knit allother stitches. The leg is two paten repeats long Youmay knit more repeats if you want longer g.

French heel

Take the stitches on 4th and 1st needle onto same needle. Knit strengthened heel flap by knitting on right side $^{*1}\mathrm{kl}$ ,slip $1^{*}$ and on purl side purling all stitches. Knit 32 rows flat. Start turning heel by knitting 17, k2tog, k1. Turn work, slip 1 stitch, p3, p2tog, pl. Turn work. Continue in this manner knitting on right side and purling on the purl side until the next stitch to knit would be the stitch slipped on last row. Knit or purl that stitch together with the next one and knit or purl one more stitch. Continue in this manner until all stitches are knit.

Decreases

Pick 24 stitches from the edge of the heel, continue the pattern on $2^{\mathrm{nd}}$ and $3^{\mathrm{rd}}$ needles, pick another 24 stitches from the other edge of the heel and divide the reminding stitches of the heel flap evenly. Start decreasing on every alternating row by k2tog in the end of the $1^{\mathrm{st}}$ needle and ssk in the start of $4^{\mathrm{th}}$ needle until $1^{\mathrm{st}}$ and $4^{\mathrm{th}}$ needle have 16 stitches left.

Toe

Continue knitting the foot until it measures approximately 19 centimetres or is about 4 centimetres shorter than desired length and you have finished the $10^{\mathrm{th}}$ row of the graph. Decrease the $\mathbf{\omega}^{\bullet}\mathbf{k}2^{\bullet\bullet}$ places in the pattern in similar manner to the increases in the beginning of the pattern. All needles now have 16 stitches on them. Knit 2 rows, or until the sock is long enough for decreases. Toe decreases, the decrease round: in the end of $1^{\mathrm{st}}$ needle k2tog, ssk in the beginning of $2^{\mathrm{nd}}$ needle, in the end of $3^{\mathrm{rd}}$ needle k2tog and ssk in the beginning of $4^{\mathrm{th}}$ needle. For the first three decrease rounds, knit 1 row afterwards. Continue kniting only the decrease rounds, until you have only 8 stitches. Cut the yarn and pull it trough the reminding stitches. Knit the second sock tomatch starting the graph in theeginning ofth $2^{\mathrm{nd}}$ needle at $4^{\mathrm{th}}$ stitch.
