Belt

Cast on 234 sts. (You can use italian style\*). Join for working in the round, being careful not to twist sts, place marker (pm) for beginning of round. Work in kl, p1ribfor 70rows. Cast offloosely.

Back

Ch 177 + 3 ch. Follow Pattern 1 for 31 rows. 2nd row: 3 ch, 3 dc worked tog in 11th ch from hook, 3 ch, 3 dc worked tog in the same ch, 5 ch, 3 dc worked off tog in 8th ch from the previous dc group, 3 ch, 3 dc worked off tog in the same ch, 5 ch. Repeat from \* to , 3 ch, double crochet in last ch.

Front

Follow the Back piece pattern for 20 rows. Follow Pattern 2 from Row 21: divide the work into two parts and start to perform decrease of the neck. After finishing the first part, join yarn to the centre front and continue with the second part. Finish work after 31 rows.

Sew shoulder seams together. Sew belt with back and front pieces. Sew side seams together. Finish off with a border on the neckline and sleeves: join yarn and follow Pattern 3.
