Adorable Seamless Bunnies!

This pattern requires roughly twenty yards of worsted weight yarn, size 3 dpns, toy stuffing and a tapestry needle. The gauge is irrelevant. The bunny is knitted starting from the tail, saving stitches for the back legs and ears, and making bobbles for the front legs. This makes the entire work seamless. I've also included variations for making mice and hamsters. CO 3 sts. Knit I-Cord 2 rows. Divide sts onto 3 dpns, join. 3. Kfb in each stitch (6 sts) 5. Kfb 3 times, K3 (9 sts) 6. K 7. (Kfb, K1) 2 times, Kfb, Foundation for hind legs: Kfb in last 4 sts, placing new sts on holders (12 sts on needles, 4 on holders) 9. K3, Kfb twice, K7 (14 sts) 10, 11, 12. K 13. K3, K2tog, SSK, K7 (12 sts) 14. K9, MB twice, K1. 15. K2, K2tog, SSK, K3, K2tog, K1 (9 sts) 16. K, stuff 17. K1, Foundation for ears: Kfb 4 times, placing new sts on holders, K4 18. K 19. K2, Kfb twice, K5 (11 sts) 20. K 21. K3, M1, K8 (12 sts) 22. K1, K2tog twice, SSK twice, K1, K2tog (7 sts) 23. K, stuff 24. K2tog 3 times, K1 (4 sts) Break yarn, draw end tightly through remaining stitches to close, secure. Using sts from row 7, work 2 stitch I-cord for each back leg, 4 rows. Secure to underside of body. Using sts from row 17, work each ear (2 sts) in stockinette, starting purl, Weave in ends, embroider eyes. Abbreviations: CO - cast on Dpn - double-pointed needle St(s) - stitch(es) K -knit Kfb - knit into front and back of stitch (increasing one) K2tog - knit two stitches together (decreasing one) Ssk - slip two stitches knitwise, knit both together (decreasing one) M1 - make one stitch by picking up from existing work and knitting MB - make bobble - Kfbf, turn, p3, turn, K3tog SI 1 - slip one stitch P-purl Psso - pass slipped stitch over For mouse: CO 2 sts, work 8 rows I-Cord, Kfb, K1, work 3 more rows, continue with body. MB for back legs instead of saving sts. Ears: 1. P1, M1, P1 2. K1, M1, K1, M1, K1 3. SI 1, P1, Pss0, P1, P2tog4. SI 1, K2tog, Psso Secure end at tip of snout for a pointy nose. For hamster: CO 3 sts, divide onto 3 dpns, continue without working I-Cord. MB for back legs andears.
