Knitting Pattern for a Cozy Shawlette: Perfect for Transitioning from Summer to Autumn

Pattern illustration

I started knitting this shawlette when it was still warm and Summer out here, but it made me long for Autumn. I like to drape this around me in different ways, even throughout Summer when it's a bit shilly outside. I knitted it out of slightly thicker yarn, this way it's a bit warmer and will take me nicely through Autumn! This shawl was designed to be knit with only 4oz of handspun, but I wrote the pattern so you can easily make a bigger shawl (and not only by knitting with bigger needles!). The instructions for a bigger shawl can be found at the end! At the moment the pattern only has charts, but I will be adding the written instructions soon!

Htandspun yarn :

CMaking the shawl bigger

I wrote this pattern so it's easy to make it bigger. You can repeat rows 11 - 30 of chart 1 as often as you want. Every extra repeat of these rows will give you one extra 10stitch repeat in chart 2. Please make sureyou end after row30, otherwise the leaves won't match up!
