Driving Cap & Gloves
The gloves close with cute little buttons, feature a back cut-out and eyelet patterns on thumb and fingers. The snugly fitting driving cap - which owes its charm to its unusual flat construction - will protect your finger-waved hair from the wind as you gad about, with eyelets on one side and a little flap and button detail on the other.
Materials:
Needles: Cap: a 3mm (US size 2.5) circular needle (min. 30cm/12" long). Gloves: a set of 3mm (US size 2.5) double pointed needles. Yarn: Fingering weight yarn: uses approx. 1 skein for both. Shown in Three Irish Girls Adorn Sock (80% merino, 20% nylon, 393m/429yds per 100g skein) in colour heathered lilac. Notions: For both: Sewing needle and matching thread to sew on buttons, tapestry needle to weave in ends. Cap: 1 small (14mm/0.6") button.
