Yarn: 50g fingering and 50g lace Needles: 5 mm Gauge: tension is not decisive, since needles are oversized compared to yarn thickness.
CO 7 stitches with fingering and lace together.
Row 1a: (K1,Y0)6, k1 Row 2a: knit Row 3a:(K1,YO)3, knit to last 3,(YO,K1)3 Row 4a: knit repeat 3a and 4a until you get 12 ridges (24 rows) Now leave fingering and go on with lace: Row 1b:(Kl,YO)3,knit to last 3,(YO,K1)3 Row 2b: purl You'll get 2 rows in stockinette st. Take back fingering and go on with two threads - repeat 3a and 4a until you get 10 ridges (20 rows). Now leave fingering and go on with lace: Row 1b:(K1,YO)3,knit to last 3,(YO,K1)3 Row 2b: purl Repeat lb and 2b until you get 4 rows in stockinette st. You must alternate garter and stockinette st., always reducing 2 ridges in carter st. and increasing 2 rows in stockinette st. End in garter st. Have fun!
