MATERIALS:
· 4 balls Be Sweet Grace & Style (180 yds/25g, 69% baby mohair, 29% bamboo, 2% metallic) · US 11 (8.0 mm) needles · Size 5mm crochet hook (optional) · 2 coil-less safety pins
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cast on 70 sts. Row I: Knit. Row 2: Purl. Rep last 2 rows until piece measures 21 inches, ending after a Row 2. Place safety pin in last stitch. Rep last 2 rows until piece measures 49 inches, ending after a Row 2. Place safety pin in last stitch. Rep last 2 rows until piece measures 70 inches. Bind off loosely.
FINISHING:
Block piece flat for ease of sewing. Fold piece in half horizontally so safety pins meet. Sew from safety pins to open edge to create poncho. Optional: Work one row single crochet along all edges to strengthen.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Cast on 90 sts. Row 1: Knit. Row 2:Purl. Rep last 2 rows until piece measures 62 inches, ending after a Row 2. Bind off loosely.
FINISHING:
Block piece flat for ease of sewing. Fold piece in half horizontally with WS facing out. Sew short edges together to close scarf. Turn right side out: seam shows from the right side.

FINISHING:
Block piece flat for ease of sewing. Fold piece in half vertically with RS facing out. On one short edge, measure 8 inches starting from fold. Place a safety pin through both thicknesses. Work one row single crochet through both thicknesses from this marker to the open edge to close the edge. The 8 inch opening forms the armhole. Repeat on other short edge. Work one row single crochet around entire open edge to stabilize.
