The Stony Point Cowl is a cowl version of my Be Simple Shawl Variations. I wanted a cowl that was light and airy, simple to knit, and simple to wear. I used Green Mountain Spinnery Simply Fine yarn for a light, but warm and sturdy, cowl. It is easily worn wrapped either once or twice around your neck. I chose the Variegated colorway which gave me the lovely sheep's gray pico edging. This cowl could easily be adapted to to other yarn weights. Just make sure to choose the appropriate needle size to create the drape that you want. The variations are endless.
