Other stuff you will need:

Place stitch marker and join to knit in the round. Knit the ribbing in k2, p2 for 4 cm. Change to larger needle and follow the chart until there is only 12 sts left. Break yarn and leave a long tail. Use the tapestry needle and slip the last 12 sts onto the yarn. Weave in the ends and block gently.
