Wonder Woman Crown/Headband and Arm Braces

by Crafty Ridge Created for a special little girl, this Wonder Woman crown and Arm Band pattern is perfect for Dress up or Halloween. This pattern is designed for 12-18 months, however size can be changed with adjustments to hook size or longer starting chains.

Materials:

Medium Weight Yarn, I used Caron 100% acrylic in Sunflower Hair tie, I used a small No More Breaks hair tie in gold Velcro, I used a lightweight sew in velcro that I bought at WalMart Glitter Foam Stickers, Stars, by Foam Craft H Crochet Hook Scissors Yarn Needle

Crown

1. Begin with chaining 52 2. 3. Turn and sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc 24, 3 sc in next ch, 25 sc, ch 1, turn 4. 23 sc, 3 hdc, 3 dc in next ch, 3 hdc, 23 sc, chain one and do not turn, at this point you will slip stitch around the entire piece. down the side, across the bottom, up the other side and across the top 5. 6. sl st into 1st sl st and leave length for sewing 7. turn crown so you are looking at the back, at this time you will fold one of the ends over the hair tie and sew the piece shut over it, repeat on other end so that crown is now a circle with the elastic at the back 8. Use E60o0 adhesive to attach Foam Star (Please see pictures at the below)

Arm Braces (make 2)

1. Begin with chaining 21 2. 3. sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc across, ch 2 turn 4 5. dc across, ch 2 turn 6. 7. dc across, ch 2 turn 8. 9. dc across, ch 1 turn 10. 11. sc across, at this point you will ch 1 and sl st down this side across the bottom up the other side and across the top of piece. 12. 13. sl st into 1st sl st 14. 15. Use E6000 adhesive to attache Velcro and Foam Star (See pictures below
