1. Introduction 2. Requirements 3.Instructions 1. Introduction Hello, this is IM4MAN. I made this scarf as a tribute to the Cirque du Soleil show Kooza and in particular, the character of the Trickster. The scarf is very easy to make, I'm just including the pattern to have patterns for all my projects.

2. Requirements

You need: yarn: weight Light - DK, worsted 2 skeins of aquamarin blue 2 skeins of light blue 2 skeins of orange 2 skeins of orange I used Schachenmayr Bravo as usual

You need: needles

one long circular needle (3,5 mm) one sewing needle or what you need to weave in ends

3. Instructions

won't be knit top-down or bottom-up, it will be side-ways. And doubled-over. Iam4MAN Designs: Kooza-esque Scarf Use aquamarinblue, cast on x stitches. The x stands for any number you want, depending on how long you want your scarf to be. For my yarn, the calculation goes as follows: 10 cm - 22 stitches /:10 1cm-2,2 stitches /\*200 200 cm - 440 stitches Now you can calculate the amount of stitches you will need. Work in stockinette stitch for 10 rows. Switch to light blue. Work in stockinette stitch for 10 rows. Switch to orange. Work in stockinette stitch for 10 rows. Switch to white. Work in stockinette stitch for 10 rows. You will now have 4 stripes. Repeat what you just did two more times, giving you 12 stripes in total. Castoff. You will probably have curly edges, but since you are going to sew them together, it doesn't matter. Take the appropriate yarn color and start sewing the edges together (blue and white). You may want to fixate them in place with pins, but I know nothing about sewing, maybe there's another method. Don't forget to sew up the sides as well. Now the body of your scarf will be complete, all that's missing are the tassels. I put two tassels per stripe, using the colors of the stripes on both sides. And you're done.
