1. Introduction

Pattern illustration

Hey, this is IM4MAN. This is my Kooza-esque Beanie - a beanie in the colors reminiscent of the Trickster character from KOOZA!. For this beanie, I tried out a new hat pattern. I thought that my previous standard pattern seems a bit big in hindsight, so I tried a shorter one. Now I think that this one is a bit on the small side. The ribbing is 2,5 cm long, the rest of the hat is 15 cm. Should you want a longer hat - as I'm beginning to think that I maybe should have done - just do more rounds in the ribbing. Anyway, here's the pattern.

Now leave a medium to long tail, cut your yarn, and now take your sewing needle and thread the yarn tail through the remining stitches. Pull tight. Weave in ends. And there's your beanie! Fun, easy to make, looks great in many different colors. Although, if you do have a bigger head...or like I used to, a lot of hair to cram into your hats, think about more ribbing rounds; it won't disturb the color pattern, it just makes the hat a bit longer.
