HEEL TURN

Row 1: K33,w&t Row2:P32,w&t Row 3: K until 1 st remains before last wrapped st, w&t Row 4: P until 1 st remains before last wrapped st, w&t Repeat Rows 3 and 4 until you have wrapped 11 (13) sts on each side, 12 (14) sts remain unwrapped in the center

HEEL

Row 1: K to first wrapped stitch, K st together with its' wrap, turn. Row 2: P to first wrapped stitch, P st together with its' wrap, turn.
