Ch 110 Sl st without twisting the chain. Lay your chain flat to make sure it's not twisted. Row 1: Ch 1, sc in first ch after sl st, dc in next chain, \*sc in next chain, dc in next chain; repeat from \* around, ending with a dc in last st - join with a slip stitch - again be careful not to twist the chain when joining - very important to check here. Place stitch marker in sl st to mark the round & move up each round. Row 2: ch 1, \*sc in next dc, dc in next sc; repeat from \* around. Rows 5-6: alternate rows 3 & 4 for rows 5 &6 or as many rows until desired width. Do not fasten off.
Edging:
Row 1: Ch 2, \*skip 1st dc, dc in next sc stitch, dc in previous stitch (1st skipped stitch) to create a crossover dc look. Repeat from \* around. Sl st in first dc. Fasten off. Turn scarf so that opposite edge is facing (where you first began the scarf with your chains). Join at beginning edge, and repeat edging Row 1 around. Sl st in first dc. Fasten off & sew in ends.
