Why not slip teddy into something warm and comfortable? These Tee's are quick and easy to knit so Teddy doesn't need to be naked any longer. All you'll need is some left over yarn in assorted colours - great for stash busting of course! Knit from the top down and in the round. Teddy's tummy girth should be approximately 14.5 inches. Feel free to add a coloured stripe or two where you please. Amount of yarn required : 50g or a little under for each Teddy Tee including the stripes.

22 stitches & 28 rows = 4 inches in stockinette stitch CO 58 stitches, then divide evenly onto 4 double pointed needles. Place a stitch marker to indicate the beginning of work then join in the round. Knit 6 rounds. Knit 10 stitches, place stitch maker, knit 9 stitches, place stitch marker, knit 20 stitches, place stitch marker, knit 9 stitches, place stitch marker, knit 10 stitches. (Knit to one stitch before 1st stitch marker, yarn over, knit 2 stitches, yarn over) repeat for remaining 3 stitch markers, then knit to the end of the round. Increased to 66 stitches. Repeat the previous round, 7 more times. Increased to 122 stitches. Knit to frst stitch marker, purl to second stitch marker, knit to third stitch marker, purl to fourth stitch marker, Knit to the end of the round. Knit to frst stitch marker, bind off all stitches purl-wise to second stitch marker, knit to third stitch marker, bind off all stitches purlwise to fourth stitch marker, knit to the end of the round. Place a contrasting stitch marker on the right hand needle, join in the round and continue working straight for approximately 4 inches or desired length for your Teddy. Purl one round. Bind Off very loosely purl-wise.

Repeat the previous round, 7 more times. Increased to 1o0 sts. Knit one round.
