If you would like the leg to be longer, work the upper section of chart A2 or B2, rows 1-20 (1-24, 1-28), in the same manner until the leg is the length you prefer, stopping after working row 20 (24, 28). This is the end of clue #2.

Insert right needle into the front of the 3rd and 4th stitches on the left needle, pinch 4 stitches on the left needle and slide them off, insert the left needle from the back into the two loose stitches, place the two stitches on the right needle back onto the left, k4. Cable 2 left, k2 over k2:
