Striped bubble dress
By Elin Bergsdottir I have a lot of cotton leftovers and wanted to do something for my younger daughter. I did the summerskirt for my older, and this dress is summery like the skirt. She does not walk or spin yet, so the dress did not have to twirl, I like the bubbly look and am pleased with the outcome.
