Araucania Nature Cotton (100 % cotton; 100 g / 96 m), 100 g white, 100 g brown
Gauge
16 sts ja 25 rows in stockinette stitch = 10 cm
Needles
4 mm or whatever size gives you the right gauge
Size
With brown colour, cast on 66 sts. Work k 2, p 1 -ribbing for 8 rounds. Next round: k 33, increase 1, k 33, increase 1. Knit l round. Change to white colour and knit 2 rounds. Change back to brown and knit 3 rounds. Alternate colours like this (2 rounds in white, 3 in brown) until you have knitted 12 white stripes. Start decreases on the following round with brown yarn. \*K 2 tog, k l\*, repeat \*_\* until the end of round. Knit l round. On 2 following rounds: k 2 tog. Cut the yarn and pull through the remaining stitches. Weave in ends. Circumference of head \~ 59-60 cm
