BEE in my Heart! @minja
Yarn: Sock-Yarn in a color of Your choice for the Hexipuff. Thinner Yarn for the inlet in a similar color as the Hexie. Thin yarn or embroidery thread in black and yellow. A rest of white mohair or white sewing thread. 2 black beads for the eyes and a little piece of golden thread or thin wire. Needles: DPN in 3mm and DPN in 2mm for the inlet and the Bee.

s1k1psso - slip one as You purl with yarn in back, knit next, pass slipped stich over the just knited stich. Knit a Hexipuff as it is written in the ,Beekeepers Quilt Pattern" from Tiny Owl Knits, but do not stuff it jet and knit the last row in following way: Repeat this two rows for 1 more time (total 4 rows) 5th row: Slip the first stich, knit the next 3 st, bind of the next 2 st (for the buttonhole), knit till end. Now You have to knit the inlay. Take thinner needles and cast on 20 stiches and put them on 2 needles as You do it for the Hexipuff. Now You purl for 18 rows without any de- or in-creases. Bind of and leave a tail of about 12" to sew the inlay into the Hexie. Notice: before You sew it in, You have to stuff the space on right and left side next to the inlay as shown on the small drawing. Put the inlay into the Hexie and sew it together with small stiches all around the top. Sew in the end of the thread invisible. Sew a little button on frontside in position of the buttonhole. Here it is, the HEXIEBAG, a kind of ,Real Beekeeper" is done! :)

With the white mohair or white thread and the 3mm DPNs cast on 5 or 6 stiches and knit in garter stich for 18 rows and bind of losely. Sew in the ends in direction of the center of this little knitted "piece of nothing". Pull the ,wings" through the two holes at the back of the bee and sew the ends of the wings into the bee. Sew 2 black beads as eyes on the right and left side of the bees face. Cut a golden thread or thin wire in lenght of about 1" plus what You need to make two knots at the ends and place it on top of the bees head (just pull it through a few stiches) . I hope, You do not mind, if there isn't all perfect, I'll do my best in future! Love You!
