Bronw gn's Growler Coozie

Born out of necessity to keep one gal's growlers from going to pieces in the car, Bronwyn's Growler Coozie is here to keep your growlers feeling as cozy as you do after emptying one. This coozie is knit from the bottom up with a litle crocheted loop closure to attach it to the handle so it doesn't slip away. The super bulky yarn combined with seed stitch creates a dense and squishy fabric that protects your growler from breakage while keeping the contents chilled.

Repeat until you have only one stitch remaining. Cut yarn leaving an approximately 30" tail. Thread tail through the last stitch and pull tight.
Finishing
Using the long tail you just cut, crochet a 3" chain from the corner. Sew the end onto the corner where you began crocheting, forming a loop. · Turn work inside out & weave in all ends. · Sew button onto opposite flap with a scrap of yarn that fits through your button's holes.
