Approx. 32" diameter and 1o" high Supplies: I skein Cascade Yarns Wave Colour number 508 U.S. 3 /3.25 mm circular needles 24"/6ocm. 1 place marker darning needle (to sew the ends into the back of the cowl)
Instructions:
- Cast on 220 stitches. Join in the round placing marker at beginning of round. 1st round, knit 2nd round, purl Repeat these two rounds for a total of 1o rounds. This is the bottom garter border. -Continue now in stocking stitch by simply knitting every row. Knit until you have 9 inches completed, including the bottom border. - Next round is the start of the final border. Ist round, purl 2nd round, knit Repeat these two rounds for a total of 8 rounds. Then finish with a purl round and then cast off in knit. Dampen, block and let dry. Sew in the two ends of yarn into the back of work. Enjoy!
