Abbreviations: k- knit p- purl St. St.- Stockinette Stitch RS- Right Side WS- Wrong Side This Pattern calls for use of a Provisional Cast On & the Kitchener Stitch. Stockinette Section: Row 1 (RS): Knit Row 2 (WS): Purl Repeat Rows 1 & 2 until piece measures 21.5" Purl Ridge Section: Row 1 (RS): Purl Row 2 (WS): Purl Row 3: Knit Repeat Rows 1-3 twice more. On a Knit Row begin again with St. St. until piece measures 46" from cast on. Un-pick Provisional Cast On and use Kitchener Stitch to graft provisional cast on and last row worked together.
