Grundy County Socks by Denise Bein Kroll

Intermediate

Pattern illustration

I saw this awesome looking silo on a trip to visit my parents. I wanted to capture the beauty of it's construction in a sock pattern. Although the silo pictured is in Livingston Co, IL, there is another one over in Grundy Co on the way to my friend's yarn store (where I bought the yarn for the model). The name Grundy County seemed to fit better and stil gives a nod to the patterns origins.
