CO 133 stitches. Knit 6 rows garter stitch. K3, begin chart, knitting white squares outside black square border on odd rows and purling them on even. Purl black squares and all white squares within border on odd rows, knit on even. K2. Repeat chart. K2. Repeat chart, K3. Knit 6 rows in between pattern repeats. Repeat to length desired. ERRATA: Row 36 is missing from the pattern. It is the same as row 35. After row 32 it is essentially 4 rows pure stockinette.
