Fold the Labia Majora on the middle, sew the two holes together then sew the back of the vagina together. · Needle the clitoris onto the vagina and then sew it together. Needle the labia minora onto the vagina, they should start at the clitoris and then end at the back of the vagina. Sew onto place.
