Heart and Bracelet Crochet Pattern for a Variegated Wool Nylon Blend Scarf with Charitable Impact

Pattern illustration

A new beginning is referring to a new way to begin a scarf some lovely heart bracelets she never wore and I asked if I could have on For Christmas, as a present to myself I ordered the ScheepjesWol Yarn Kit “Dark Skies" with the Invicta yarn (and the added bonus that for every yarn kit sold, 2 euros will be donated to KIKA, a Child Cancer Research Funds). Invicta is a fingering yarn, prefered hook size is 3mm and has 420 meters in 100 grams skein. It's a lovely variegated, wool/nylon blend, yarn. In the yarn kit was a knitting pattern and a crochet pattern for a shawl. But I can't knit and I have trouble following patterns. http://www.ravelry.com/yarns/library/scheepjeswol-invicta-colour So I was playing around with hook size 3 mm, the yarn and the bracelet. and came up with this pattern. I hope you like it and are going to join me and Shannon over at CitrusSunCrochet to make a lovely scarf for January. For the example scarf in the pictures I used % of a skein. I will use 1.25 (left over) skein of the Invicta for the scarf for my CAL scarf. Supplies Invicta Yarn from Scheepjeswol - 1 skein. You can use a similar weight yarn. Hook size 3 mm and 4.5mm A bracelet or any other object you can crochet around and is approx. 8cm wide.
