A lightweight wrap to layer ower clothing Gauge: 2 sts= 1 inch Finished measurement before seaming: 17" wide x 50 long Materials: Size 17 needle Silken Twine by Alchemy or 230 yards of a yarn of equivalent weight Cast on 38 stitches Slip the first stitch of every row and work in garter Work until rectangle measures 50 inches leaving enough yarn to bind off loosely and to seam or tack Wet block or steam for best results Seam or Tack: Fold work so that cast on and bind off edges line up for neck opening. Seam, tack, or simply use a shawl pin to close.
