Unconventional
by Siew Clark It is a semi-circle shawl worked from top-down. Size H hook was used on the self-stripping yarn with white border. Size G hook was used on the second one with black border. 3 cobweb yarns were held together to crochet the body and 2 black yarn held together for the border. This pattern will work with any kind of yarn and colours. Gauge is unimportant. Measurements: With white border - 56" x 30.5" With black border - 42" x 21.5"

Self-stripping, Kuka Yarns Angora Magic; 600 yds 40% cashmere, 30% milk, 30% egypt cotton; fingering weight; 200 yds Chocolate merino wool blend; cobweb weight; 700 yds Light brown wool blend on cone ; cobweb weight.
