Straps (make 2) Hook size E or F. Ch 8 leaving a long tail to attach to bag Row 1, sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each of remaining 6 sc., turn. Rows 2 - 126, ch 1 sc in each of 7 st. Do not fasten off, sc in each stitch around outsides of strap, making [sc, 1 ch, sc] in each corner. Fasten offleaving long tail to attach to bag. Position straps 3-1/2 " from outside edge of bag.
