Bind off by just running the working thread through the active stitches. With remaining yarn, create tassel and anchor in place to secure the working yarn. Attach decorative button if you wish; I anchored one end and then wrapped the working thread around one side of the triangular button and then anchored end of thread by a small knot and then

weaving ends into back of cowl. Can be worn with either one or two (pictured) twists. Enjoy! Hank was purchased at the grand reopening of Knitters Nook Columbus, November 28, 2014. Cowl started that day and worn to the next day's evening gathering. Congratulations to Nrya for a fantastic new location! Thank you Rhichard Devrieze for your yarn inspirations and sharing with everyone at the Nook!
