Materials: Brown Sheep Cotton Fleece, 1 skein each color Jungle Green, Provencal Rose, and Cavern (black) (you can use oddments of black if you have some lying around) 1 16" circular needle, and 1 set dp needles, size 7, or size to achieve gauge Gauge: 5.25 st/1 inch over stockinette stitch Cast on 80 sts with green. Join and knit 10 rounds. Change to rose, knit 7 rounds. Next round: Knit 7 rose, 1 black, repeat to end of round. Knit 3 rounds rose. Knit 3 rose, \*1 black, 7 rose, repeat from \* to end of round. Knit with rose until work measures 5" from beginning. Next round: Knit 6, K2 tog, repeat to end of round.Next round: Knit 5, K2 tog, repeat to end of round. Next round: Knit 4, K2 tog, repeat to end of round. Next round: Knit 3, K2 tog, repeat to end of round. Next round: Knit 2, K2 tog, repeat to end of round. Next round: Knit 1, K2 tog, repeat to end of round. Next round: K2 tog, repeat to end of round. Next round: K2 tog, repeat to end of round. You should have 5 sts remaining.
