Watermelon Crocheted Earrings
Items Needed:
Worsted Weight yarn 3 colors: -Hot Pink -Green -Off White Size H needle, Yarn Needle, 12 beads (6 for each earring) First, thread 6 beads onto your hot pink yarn. These are going to be the seeds in the watermelon.
Then with the same yarn, make a slip knot, then Ch 2.
Round 1: In the second chain from the hook, Make 6 sc in ring. Connect last sc to the first sc with a slip stitch.6 stitches

Connect last sc to the first sc with a slip stitch. 12 stitches Round 3: Ch 2, turn. sc in the same stitch as ch, then make 1sc in the next, (2 in the next, 1 in the next) around. Connect last sc to the first sc with a slip stitch. 18 stitches. Round 4: Ch 2, turn. sc in the same stitch as ch - including a bead,
then make 1sc in the next 2stitches, [2sc in the next (remembering to include a bead in the second stitch of the pair), 1 in the next 2] around. Connect last sc to the first sc with a slip stitch. Finish off. 24 stitches, 6 beads. Round 5: Attach White.
Ch 2, Turn. sc in the stitch as ch, sc in the next 3 sc. Make (2 sc in next, 1 sc in next 3) around. Connect last sc to the first sc with a slip stitch. Finish off. 30 stitches
Round 6:
Attach Green. Ch 2, Turn. sc in the stitch as ch, sc in the next 3 sc. Make (2 sc in next, 1 sc in next 4) around. Connect last sc to the first sc with a slip stitch. 36 stitches Finish off, leaving 18 inch tail.
Finishing:
Weave in all strands except 18 inch tail.
Fold Circle in half, leaving 3 beads on each side. Sew edge together. Attach ear wire. Weave in remaining strand.
Now make another one.
