M is for Mystery. I will always remember, as a child, reading Nancy Drew and the Hardy Boys and thinking that I wanted to be like them when I grew up. One year for Christmas, I found a magnifying glass in my stocking and that quickly became my favorite thing. I took that glass everywhere I went, sure it would help me solve any mysteries along the way. Mom lost her keys? Magnifying glass and Detective Leah were on the job, so they would be found! Someone eat the last cookie? Yep, you guessed it. Of course, the magnifying glass would usually point back to the detective on the cookie case.
