Kl SlipKnot onto yourhook. Inserthookthrough the topof the crocodilelip, andSC5times ontothe clip to create your first row. CH 1, turn. K2: SCineachSC across (You should stilhave 5ST).CH3, tun. Thiswil ount as yourfirst STon the next row) K3: Skip the 2nd SC, and do 4 DC in the 3rd SC,skip the 4th SC, and DC in the last SC. CH 3, turn. (You should still have 5 ST. Your beginning CH 3 counts as a stitch. If you count this as a DC then you would have 6 stitches not 5). K4: 4 DC in between the previous 4 DC to create a V shape. DC i last DC. CH 3, turn. Repeat row 4 until desired length. (l usually go until it's about 9-10" long, which is usually around 16 or 17 rows) K7: Whenyou have reached your desired length, onlyCH 1 and turn, instead of 3 at the end ofthat row. SC across (5 SC), CH 1, and turn. K8: SC infirst 3 ST, CH 15. Insert your hook back into the same 3rd SC to create a loop, and SC in last 2 SC spaces. FO, and weave in ends.
