Trio Moebius Scarf
a Diane Martini Design drmartini@dearborntower.net This Moebius scarf is long enough to be very versatile. We show it wrapped twice as a cowl, and worn longer as a single loop or double loop. Have fun exploring themysteriesof theMoebius!



Notes:
Thecombinationoffiberandstitchcreatea fabric that will grow after blocking or washing For a ribbed scarf -leave out the k2tog at the end of thefirst row. The Moebius spine will be more visible in theribbedversionthaninseedstitch.
.SCARF:
1. Using Cat Bordhi's Moebius cast on - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LV nTda7F2V4 Cast on 110 stitches and work in K1, P1 for one complete round, ending with K2tog. 2. Continue in seed stitch (K1p1) for 48 rows, or until desired width. 3. If wet blocking, the scarf will become longer and narrower. 4. If left unblocked and dry cleaned the scarf will measure approximately 51".

Yarn: Brooks Farm Yarn Trio 70% Fine Wool 20% Baby Alpaca, 10% Silk 6oz = 420 yds Needles: Size 10.5 ( mm) Circular 48" GAUGE: in seed stitch stitch pattern: 14 sts by 32.0 rows = 4" x 4 "after blocking Finished Dimensions: As Shown 61" long x 6" wide after blocking.
