Notes:

Your FPDC and BPDC will always be around the one from the previous round. Sometimes to the left sometimes to the right. There are spots where you will go around 2 from the previous round. Complete last pattern repeat one row less so it is even on both ends if you are connecting for a cowl or infinity scarf.

Row 3: Next HDC in next. There will be a small hole but no worries that fills in the next row

Row 4: Back post double crochet around previous rows front post double crochet. Your HDC will go into the next skipping the HDC in front of the back post.

Row 5: Your front post double crochet and back post will always go around the post of the previous rounds fpdc or bpdc.
