Ch 16 1. Sc in 2nd ch from hook and each ch in row. Ch 3 turn (15 sts) 2. The Ch 3 counts as the first dc in this row and throughout the pattern. Dc in 2nd st and each st in row. Ch 1 turn 3. The ch 1 counts as the first sc in this row and in each row throughout the pattern. Sc in the 2nd dc and each st in the row Ch 3, turn Repeat rows 2 & 3 until the piece measures 59 inches. Fasten off Fold piece in half so the two short ends are together. Flip one of the ends to the other side and seam the ends together using your preferred method.
