Hook: Size H (5.0mm) Yarn: Any worsted weight yarn, approx. 280 yards Gauge: 1" = 4dc and 2 dc rows. This will make a 62" scarf that is 5.5" wid ch - chain sk - skip dc - double crochet st(s) - stitch(es)
Notes:
In all rows, turning chain does count as first stitch of row. The first and last stitch of each row will be 2 dc in 1. All stitches should be worked into back loop. Ch 28, turn. Row 1: Dc in 4th ch from hook, 4 dc, sk 2, 5 dc, 3 dc in 1, 5 dc, sk 2, 4 dc, 2 dc in 1, ch 3 and turn. Rows 2-93: Dc in same st as turning chain, 4 dc, sk 2, 5 dc, 3 dc in 1, 5 dc, sk 2, 4 dc, 2 dc in 1, ch 3 and turn. Row 94: Dc in same st as turning chain, 4 dc, sk 2, 5 dc, 3 dc in 1, 5 dc, sk 2, 4 dc, 2 dc in 1, fasten off.
