Cast on 20. Work 7 garter st, 6 cable pattern, 7 garter sts. Contiue as established for 18 rows. Next 7rows, continue patten, at the same time, decrease one st each side every other row 4 times. Cut the yarn. Make one more. With both pieces,begin working in the round for 8rows of garter stitch.
Sleeves Make two.
Cast on 14 sts. Work in garter st. At the same time decrease decrease one st each side every other row 2 times. Work $\mathscr{G}$ morerows. Continue as established, at the same time decrease decrease one st each side every other row 3 times. (4 sts) BO all sts. Sew the pieces together.
