Button Holes:
If making this for a doll, you may prefer to skip this step & add velcro, snaps or hook & eye closure. Working in ends of rows, attach yellow to beginning of neck opening with a sl st. ch 1, sc in same st. \*(ch 3, skip 3 rows, sc in next 5 rows)\* 3 times; sc to end after 3rd button hole. sc twice in rows that end in dc cut thread, weave in ends.
Hat
With yellow: Chain 3, join with slip stitch to form ring
