September Raspberries a reversible open-cable scarf by CarolynAnnKnits
I love reversible scarves and I love cables. Reversible cables are even better. Add a bit of lace and you've got the perfect scarf. The brilliant color and the lace remind me of September raspberries which are such a delight.

End with Row 11, then repeat Set up rows 2, 3, 2. Bind off loosely, to match elasticity of cast on.

Notes:

The number of stitches will vary by row. You are elongating the keyhole in the center of the cable when you knit or purl into the stitch below. Ignore the blank stitches as you knit past them. Knit the first and last stitch of every row. Blocking helps open up the holes. You are doing something on nearly every row, which makes it interesting to knit, but not too challenging. I used Intwined Pattern Studio software to create the chart. (l normally use graph paper, so if I have mistakes or major confusion, please let me know.)
