Rippon Lea House and Gardens is one of Australia's finest grand suburban estates and the first to achieve National Heritage Listing, recognising its unique significance. Located only 20 minutes from Melbourne's city centre, the historic mansion is situated within a vast garden of sweeping lawns that cover more than 14 acres and feature a windmill, lookout tower, heritage orchard, lake, waterfall, fernery and more. The gardens are stunning and one of my favourite places to be on a sunny Melbourne afternoon. Yarn: 2 colours of super bulky yarn.
