BODY
Using 3mm needles, cast on 90 sts with Love Baby og Hosegarn and work flat in stockinette stitch for 12 cm (52 rows), ending with a WS row. When the piece measures 12 cm, it's time to start the armhole increases. Row 1 (RS): k1, m1L, knit to last st, m1R, k1. Row 2 (WS): purl all sts. Repeat these two rows 12 more times. You should now have 116 sts. Cut yarn, leaving the stitches on the needle. Pick up 19 sts from the cast-on edge, starting at the left corner of the piece. This will be the left front. Row 1 (RS): knit until 3 sts remain on needle, wrap and turn. Row 2: purl to end of row. Row 3: knit until 5 sts remain, wrap and turn. Row 4: purl to end of row. Row 5: knit until 7 sts remain, wrap and turn. Row 6: purl to end of row. Row 7: knit until 9 sts remain, wrap and turn. Row 8: purl to end of row. Row 9: knit until 11 sts remain, wrap and turn. Row 10: purl to end of row. Row 11: knit until 13 sts remain, wrap and turn. Row 12: purl to end of row. Row 13: knit until 15 sts remain, wrap and turn. Row 14: purl to end of row. Row 15: knit across, picking up the wraps and knitting them together with the Wrapped sts. Row 16: purl to last st, m1P, p1. Row 17: knit all sts. Repeat row 16-17 14 more times. You should now have 34 sts. Cut yarn, leaving the stitches on the needle. Go back to the cast-on edge and pick up 19 sts for the right front, starting at the corner. Row 1 (WS): purl until 3 sts remain on needle, wrap and turn. Row 2: knit to end of row. Row 3: purl until 5 sts remain, wrap and turn. Row 4: knit to end of row. Row 10: knit to end of row. Row 11: purl until 13 sts remain, wrap and turn. Row 12: knit to end of row. Row 13: purl until 15 sts remain, wrap and turn. Row 14: knit to end of row. Row 15: purl across, picking up the wraps and purling them together with the wrapped sts. Row 16: knit to last st, m1R, k1 Row 17: purl all sts. Repeat row 16-17 14 more times. You should now have 34 sts. Next row: knit 34 sts, cast on 22 sts, knit 34 sts of left front. Next row: purl all 90 sts. Work 18 more rows in stockinette stitch. The front should now measure 12 cm (along the shoulder edge). Now it's time to start the armhole increases. Row 1 (RS): kl, m1L, knit to last st, m1R, k1. Row 2 (WS): purl all sts. Repeat these two rows 12 more times. You should now have 116 sts. Next row: knit 116 sts, cast on 8 sts, knit 116 sts of back, cast on 8 sts, place marker to mark beginning of row. You should now have 248 sts. Knit in the round in stockinette stitch for as long as you like. My version measured 6 cm from the armhole. When your stockinette section is as long as you want it to be, switch to Drops Delight. Next row: k1, \*k4, k2tog, k5, k2tog\*. Next row: purl all 210 sts. Now you will start working in seafoam pattern. Row 1: \*k6, yo, kl, yo twice, k1, yo thrice, kl, yo twice, k1, yo\*. Row 2: purl across, dropping the yarn overs as you go. Row 3: knit all sts. Row 4: purl all sts. Row 5: \*k1, yo, kl, yo twice, k1, yo thrice, kl, yo twice, kl, yo, k5\* Row 6: purl across, dropping the yarn overs as you go. Row 7: knit all sts. Row 8: purl all sts. Repeat these eight rows until the sweater is as long as you want it. I worked 11 repeats of the seafoam pattern. Finish with 2 additional row of garter stitch, then bind off.
SLEEVES
are worked in the round from the top down, and are shaped with short rows for the shoulder. Pick up 85 sts around the armhole, starting mid-underarm, with 3,5 mm needles and Drops Delight. Row 1: knit 56, wrap and turn Row 2: purl 26, wrap and turn Row 3: knit to wrapped st, pick up wrap and knit together with wrapped st, wrap and turn. Row 4: purl to wrapped st, pick up wrap and purl together with wrapped st, wrap and turn. Begin working in lace pattern, following the sleeve cap lace chart. Please note that this chart had to be split up, since it was so big.

When you have finished the sleeve cap lace chart, work in feather lace pattern (see chart). Work three repeats of feather lace. The sleeves should now be around 23 cm long from armpit. The lobate edge of the sleeves is created with short rows. k5, wrap and turn, p10, wrap and turn, k9, wrap and turn, p8, wrap and turn, k7, Wrap and turn, p6, wrap and turn, k5, wrap and turn, p4, wrap and turn, k3, wrap and turn, p2, wrap and turn, k7 (picking up wraps and knitting them together with Wrapped sts), yo, sl2 k1 psso, k10. \*p9, wrap and turn, k8, wrap and turn, p7, wrap and turn, k6, wrap and turn, p5, Wrap and turn, k4, wrap and turn, p3, wrap and turn, k2, wrap and turn, p1, wrap and turn, k6 (picking up wraps and knitting them together with wrapped sts), yo, sl2 k1 psso, k10\* Repeat the part in asterisks 4 more times, except last time k6 (picking up wraps and knitting them together with wrapped sts) instead of k10. Knit one row, picking up wraps and knitting them together with wrapped sts. Purl one row. Bind off. I recommend using a larger needle to make sure it's loose enough - a too tight bind-off will make the lobes curl more.
FINISHING
Using Drops Viscose held together with glitter thread, work a row of single crochet around the neck. Use duplicate stitch to embroider stars (see charts) on the solid-coloured part of the body with Drops Viscose and glitter thread. Block sweater and weave in ends.
