Materials: 2 balls of Yarna Puffo Angora ( $125\;\mathrm{m}$ in $25{\mathrm{~gr}}$ ball). Due to the limited availability of this specific yarn I would recommend any DK yarn which gives a good drape, preferably containing angora or mohair fiber - and I see Rowan Kid Classic as a great substitute too. Needles: 3,5 and 4,5. Tension: 22 sts and 28 rows $=$ square $10\mathrm{x}10\;\mathrm{cm}$ using larger needles. Hat: Cast on 122 sts using 3,5 needles. Work in rib as follows: Row 1: kl, pl, repeat to the end. Row 2: as row 1 Work in rib as indicated for further 26 rows, ending with WS. Now change to 4,5 needles and work in textured pattern as follows: Row 1: p1, k1, repeat to the end. Row 2: knit. These 2 rows form the textured pattern. Work in textured pattern until piece measures $26\;\mathrm{cm}$ from the beginning of work. Now work in st. st as follows: Shape the top: Row 1, RS: knit until there are 11 sts on the right needle, K2tog, \* K10, K2tog\* 9 times, k1. Row 2 and all WS rows: purl. Work 2 rows in st. st. Row 5: knit until there are 10 sts on the right needle, K2tog, \* K9, K2tog\* 9 times, k1 Row 7: knit until there are 9 sts on the right needle, K2tog, \* K8, K2tog\* 9 times, k1 Row 9: knit until there are 8 sts on the right needle, K2tog, \* K7, K2tog\* 9 times, k1 Row 11: knit until there are 7 sts on the right needle, K2tog, \* K6, K2tog\* 9 times, k1 Row 12: knit until there are 6 sts on the right needle, K2tog, \* K5, K2tog\* 9 times, k1 Row 13: knit until there are 5 sts on the right needle, K2tog, \* K4, K2tog\* 9 times, k1 Break the yarn and thread through remaining 52 sts, pull up tight and fasten off securely.
