Diamonds and purls
This is a crescent shaped shawl/shawlette worked from the bottom up. Starting with a lace edge and finishing the body with simple shortrows and an eyelet row at the top.

The size of my 6locked shawl is about 200 cm between the ends, when lying flat and slightly curved. Never mind the gauge. Just make sure that the needles and yarn you choose makes pretty stitches together. You can adjust the size of the shawl by adding or retracting the correct amount of stitches within the pattern repeat. This is what you will need for this shawl: Laceweight yarn, about 400m. I used Rowan fine lace 400m/ 50 gr. There are only a few grams left of my skein. 3 mm ,100-120cm circular needles. Bind off using the method of your choice. Soakthe shawl for 15 min and gently press most of the Water out of it. Block the shawl using pins and or 6locking wires to desired shape. Good luck
