Needles: 3 mm and 3.5 mm Gauge: 24 st x 36 rows = 4 inches Yarn: Baby Wool. Schachenmayr SMC used for pictured mitts Colours needed: Green and your choice of turtle mask, Purple (Donatello), Blue (Leonardo), Red (Raphael), or Orange (Michelangelo)

CO 30 st. Space evenly on three needles 12 rows of K1 ,P1 Switch to larger needles Knit 6 rows using MC (approx 6 rows) Switch to CC and knit 6 rows Switch back to MC and knit 6 rows Now it is time to start decreasing. \*K 4, K2tog, repeat from \* to end Knit all stitches around \*K3, K2tog, repeat from \* to end Knit all stitches around \*K2, K2tog, repeat from \* to end Knit all stitches around \*K1, K2tog, repeat from \* to end Knit all stitches around \*K2tog, repeat from \* to end Cut yarn and using tail pull it through the loose stitches and pull tight

Doing the I-cord this way instead of separately means no sewing or seaming. Using smaller needles and MC pick up three stitches from ribbing Knit in I-cord until it measures 20 inches or desired length. Cast on 27 more stitches and divide evenly over three needles Start second mitten using pattern above. Once finished weave in ends.
