Abbreviations
K - Knit P - Purl
Legwarmers - Make Two Identical.
Using 3.5mm dpns, cast on 26 stitches and divide them evenly across needles Row I - be careful not to twist the stitches, join to work in the round. K1, place marker, P1,(Kr,Pr) to complete the round Row 2 - 10 Continue in K1, P1 rib Switch to 3.75mm needles Work 25 rows in stocking stitch (knit every row) Switch to 3.5mm needles Work 10 rows of K1,P1 rib Using a 3.75mm needle, cast off in rib and weave in ends Fold the rib sections over for an authentic 8O's Fame look. Place on willing cat. Admire. Giggle a bit. Please note that I take no responsibility for injuries sustained whilst dressing your feline friend. I can heartily recommend germolene for scratches and chocolate is a good source of iron if you have lost a considerable amount of blood too.
