Blocking (optional):

Unless your project has become dirty, there's no need to wash it before blocking. Pin scarf onto padded surface or blocking board (blocking wires are very useful for this). Spritz scarf thoroughly with distilled water. Lay thin dampened towel on scarf. Use steam from iron held closely to surface of towel. Remove towel. Let dry completely.
