FINISHING
Thread yam onto needle and weave yarn through tops of sts of last row. Pull yarn tightly to gather tog to form top of hat. With Ws facing outward, fake 1 st into hat tolock in gathered sts. Fold hat in half, align ends of row edges, and st seam fog.
